The REBUILD Project started in April 2021 and finished at the end of May 2025. It has been a collective effort, which has implemented activities, activated processes, consolidated relationships and established a sense of belonging to a single international team working for a common goal: empowering Libyan municipalities for the good of their inhabitants. Last but not least, it has established friendships within Libya and across the Mediterranean Sea.
