Objectives: i) Presenting the role of the REBUILD project in building the capabilities of employees within the framework of local administration; ii) Introducing the REBUILD project and its role in transferring successful experiences in local administration and highlighting the importance of joint cooperation between local and international institutions; iii) Deepening communication, finding a common denominator between local institutions and building joint programs within the framework of local administration.
