The second online meeting in the framework of REBUILD project community of practice was carried out today (7th February 2024) and facilitated by ALDA (European Association for Local Democracy); key stakeholder in the field of active citizenship and cooperation between local authorities and civil society, between the Tunisian ValEUr Gabes project and the REBUILD partners. It was an opportunity to strengthen the community of practices in the sector of water management and promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences. The various participants, belonging to Libyan municipalities and universities, continued from the points of interest and doubts expressed in the previous meeting that was held on the 2nd of November.
